Pricing FAQ
How quickly is my server ready?+
Most orders are provisioned within a few minutes of a confirmed payment. You receive an email with the IP address, root credentials and console access as soon as the server is active.
Can I move between plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades are applied on the next boot and billed pro-rata for the remainder of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle if the target plan can hold your data.
Do you charge VAT?+
We charge VAT at your country's rate for consumers in the EU. Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID outside our country of registration are invoiced at 0% under the reverse-charge rule. Customers outside the EU are not charged VAT.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay) via Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency where enabled.
What is the tip on checkout?+
An entirely optional amount that goes to the engineers who keep the network running. It is never required, never renews, and is non-refundable.
