Acceptable Use Policy

You may not host, transmit or facilitate any content or activity that is unlawful in our country of registration, in the country where the relevant server is located, or in the country where the target audience is located.

This includes child sexual abuse material (which is reported to the relevant authorities without notice), terrorist content, material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights and any activity subject to applicable sanctions law.

You may not scan, probe, brute-force, deauthenticate, spoof, hijack or otherwise attack any host or network you do not have explicit written permission to test.

You may not participate in or command denial-of-service attacks, botnets, proxy chains used to conceal such traffic, credential-stuffing campaigns or SIP toll fraud.

Legitimate offensive security research is welcome and must be coordinated with us in writing before any traffic is sent, so we can flag it in our detection systems.

Sending unsolicited commercial or bulk email from TrivoCloud IP space is prohibited. Every outbound mailing must be opt-in with a verifiable double opt-in record, and must include a working one-click unsubscribe.

Operating a mail server whose IP falls into major blocklists is grounds for suspension until the reputation is restored.

Our unmetered plans are fair-use products. Sustained 24/7 saturation of the port, mining of cryptocurrency in a way that consumes disproportionate CPU on shared hypervisors, or operation of public open proxies, open resolvers and open relays may be restricted or shaped.

We publish concrete thresholds on request. We would rather warn you than suspend you.

Services that historically attract heavy abuse — Tor exit nodes, IRC networks, public VPNs, high-volume web scrapers, gambling operations, adult content platforms and cryptocurrency mixers — require prior written approval and may only run in designated regions. Running them without approval is a breach of this AUP.

Anyone who believes a TrivoCloud IP is being misused can write to bok@cloudservicedroid.site. We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and work with the customer to remediate the issue quickly.

For most first-time issues we contact the customer and give a reasonable window to remediate. For active attacks, illegal content or issues that endanger the network we may suspend the service immediately and take action to protect third parties.

Repeated breaches or a single serious breach may result in permanent termination without refund of pre-paid fees. Any fraudulently obtained credit is reversed.
