1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels. We use the term 'cookie' throughout this policy to refer to all of them.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary — Session, checkout, currency preference and CSRF tokens. These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.
Analytics — Anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the site is used. Only set with your consent. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed.
Marketing — Attribution cookies from advertising partners we occasionally work with. Only set with your consent.
3. Specific cookies
trivocloud_session — necessary, session — keeps you signed in to the control panel.
trivocloud_currency — necessary, 1 year — remembers whether you view prices in USD or EUR.
trivocloud.consent — necessary, 6 months — records your cookie choices so we do not ask again on every page load.
trivocloud.cart — necessary, session — stores your unpaid cart contents locally so they survive a page reload.
4. How to control cookies
You control non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit, and can change your choice at any time from the footer link.
Your browser also lets you view, block and delete cookies for any site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the site (in particular checkout and the control panel) from working.
5. Third parties
Payment providers may set cookies during checkout that are strictly necessary to complete your payment. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own policies (currently Stripe and PayPal).
